Meet Ricky Lee an entrepreneur, coach, and the founder of @prepshop_to . For the past decade, he has dedicated his life to building businesses that help people feel stronger, live healthier, and move with confidence. What started as a small meal-prep idea has grown into a full ecosystem: Prepshop meal prep, PS Catering, PS Smash, and the Prepshop Fitness Club. Each brand reflects the one single mission, making wellness accessible, enjoyable, and sustainable for the community.
This mission is also the inspiration behind the creation of Toronto Wellness & Fitness Expo. He envisioned a space where Toronto’s health, fitness, and wellness communities could come together to showcase their best product and services. Most importantly make meaningful relationships with like minded entrepreneur and the community. This initiative is a direct reflection of Ricky’s commitment to community, connection and creating long lasting opportunities for everyone to thrive.

Meet Cameron Ward. One of the driving force behind the Toronto Wellness & Fitness Expo.
As the Athletic Director at @canadachristiancollege, Cameron has spent years shaping fitness culture on campus and within the broader community. Through @canadaathleticperformance , he has led initiatives that elevate athlete performance, support first responders, and strengthen local partnerships in health and wellness.
With a passion for creating meaningful connections between brands, experts, and people striving for better wellbeing, Cameron is spearheading this Expo to bring the entire fitness ecosystem together under one roof. His mission: to inspire, educate, and empower Toronto through a world-class wellness experience.

Emily Ibrahim
Brand, Marketing & Creative Director
Emily Ibrahim leads the brand, marketing, and creative direction for the Toronto Wellness & Fitness Expo. She is responsible for shaping the Expo’s identity across branding, website design, promotional materials, and social media.
Working closely with the founders from day one, Emily helped build the Expo from the ground up. Through thoughtful design and clear storytelling, she creates a cohesive experience that connects sponsors, partners, and attendees while bringing the Expo’s vision to life.
